Arnold busted his lip while riding a motorcycle (without a license) over the weekend.
He's not being fined for driving without a license, of course. Big surprise there.

The cool part is that he DOES have a permit for a sidecar.
How in the hell do you get a sidecar permit without having a motorcycle license? What's the point of that?
Why is there even such a thing as a "sidecar" permit? Shouldn't that be bundled together with a regular permit?
