U.S. report says Iraq war has fueled terror threat
BAGHDAD, Iraq (CNN) -- A classified intelligence report concludes that the Iraq war has worsened the terrorist threat to the United States, U.S. officials told CNN Sunday.
Some intelligence officials have said as much in the past, but the newly revealed document is the first formal report on global trends in terrorism by the National Intelligence Estimate, which is put out by the National Intelligence Council.
Intelligence officials told CNN the report, completed five months ago, said the war and the insurgency are the main recruiting vehicles for new Islamic extremists.

When that came out, I looked at my boyfriend and said, "see, we'd be great intelligence officers, we had this figured out a long time ago." Maybe these things would get figured out faster if they hired people with common sense, that ever elusive trait.
And just who put out that report? The National Intelligence Estimate, a well know bunch of libral democratic long hairs who don't understand the real world. see if there are more terrorisst (note the extra s's in terrorist), then that was just part of the plan to be able to concentrate tehm to kill more of them. see easy to explaine.
Next you will be saying that Iraq didn't try to buy yellow cake from a guy named Bennie on 8th street before the war. :)
