Sony's graffiti murals

A new Sony campaign that uses graffiti murals painted on building walls around the city has drawn the ire of a councilman who says the corporate giant is condoning vandalism."It's an example of another irresponsible corporation that's trying to make money by promoting criminal activity," said Queens councilman Peter Vallone Jr.

The six murals around the city depict kids dressed in baggy clothes cradling, straddling and riding Sony's PlayStation Portable, a handheld device that plays video games, movies and music.
I've seen the murals, and while I think they're cute, I can easily see how a kid might think they're "real" and feel compelled to tag the same wall with their own scrawl.
